In November I visited with Robert of Light Up Africa a grandmother and her grandson Martinson and Prince. They live in a house with dangerous structure, have less money for food, school fees, uniforms, books, ordinary clothes and shoes.
We spontaneously decided to support with a monthly contribution for food and everyday things of life, school fees, uniforms, books, pencils and a health insurance.
Thanks to everyone who helped!

Yesterday was Gideon's first day at school, at first he was a little bit skeptical and fearful. After the warmly welcome through his teacher and his classmates, the spell was broken!
We will let him make a little table for his wheelchair so he can publish his books and write on the paper.

At the funeral from Walter in Purkersdorf we asked for donations for his two projects "Greecehelp" and "Austrians for Ghana" instead of florals and wreaths.
The total amount is 1.740 Euro, so each of the two projects will get 870 Euro.
Thank all of you for the generous donations!

For Walter

Walter was the driving force in building Marcoff-Children-Ghana and later Austrians for Ghana.
We left him after unexpected severe illness forever.
Walter will always be in our heart!

His greatness was love,
his fortitude was assistance,
his welfare work was his lifework.

Today we have received a request from Ghana, if we can support the 8 year old Gideon, who has never been going to school, but he would like to visit.
Gideon can not walk, his nerves from the pelvis down are not working.
For the schooling he needs a wheelchair, a school uniform, school supplies and support for the school fees.
He lives with a brother and his mother but she cannot afford the cost of attending school. The father left the family after the birth of Gideon.
We ask for donations for the boy or want someone take over the sponsorship for him.
Many thanks for your help!
